Open Space as a strategic instrument
Open Space Technology is not a team-building format. It is a working form for challenges with many stakeholders, where a pre-set programme falls short.
You need a central question, a room, and participants who build the agenda themselves. That is the whole structure. What comes out of it are decisions people stand behind, connections nobody planned, and work that continues after the day.
