This site collects as little as possible. There are no cookies and no advertising. For visitor statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics: without cookies and without following you as a person. Below is what does happen.

Who is responsible

This site is run by the Open Space facilitator behind Open Space Facilitation Europe. Who that is, is on the about page. Questions about your data go through the contact form.

What data, and why

Only what you fill in yourself in the contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and your question. I use that data only to answer your question and to prepare a first conversation. I send no newsletter and do not pass your data on.

Who processes the data

The contact form runs through Formspree, which forwards your message to me. The site runs on Cloudflare, which briefly processes technical data such as your IP address for security and operation. Both services may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards European rules require for that.

How long

I keep your message no longer than needed to follow up on your question.

Your rights

You can ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object. Ask through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
